About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support classroom instruction and contribute to a positive, nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in delivering lessons, managing the classroom, and supporting students’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the lead teacher in preparing and delivering lesson plans.
Assist with classroom management and student supervision.
Help students with classwork, assignments, and educational activities.
Organize learning materials and maintain a clean, orderly classroom.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-classroom activities.
Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of an NCE, OND, or equivalent qualification in Education or related field.
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
