Job Opportunity: Head of Sales – B2B (Self-Adhesive Tape)

About the Role:
Our client, a reputable and fast-growing manufacturing company in Lagos, is looking to hire a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales – B2B to lead the expansion of their self-adhesive tape product line in the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales of self-adhesive tape products, especially within the OEM sector.
Identify potential customers and present tailored quotations.
Prepare customer trial reports and maintain regular communication on feedback.
Develop and manage monthly/yearly product-wise sales forecasts and budgets.
Submit daily call reports at the close of each business day.
Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure timely collection of payments.
Prepare and submit order forms for approval in alignment with internal processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A graduate in Engineering or Science-related disciplines.
7–10 years of experience in selling packaging materials such as cartons, flexible films, or tapes to OEMs.
Proven leadership experience with a strong track record in managing team performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex client situations with professionalism.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration:
Net Salary: ₦750,000 – ₦1,000,000/month
