Dora is a fleet and rider management software built for logistics businesses and logistics-enabled companies. We help businesses optimize delivery operations, reduce cost leakages, and scale intelligently.
Now, we're looking for a Sales Specialist who can help us take Dora into the hands of enterprise customers who need what we're building.
Your Mission
? Close high-value deals with logistics and logistics-enabled businesses.
? Bring in qualified leads, not just traffic.
? Open doors to decision-makers and build relationships that convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a targeted B2B sales strategy focused on logistics and retail businesses with delivery operations
- Identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitch, demo, follow-up, and close
- Customize sales messaging to match pain points of COOs, Ops Leads, Logistics Managers, etc.
- Work closely with the product team to refine positioning based on customer feedback Keep clean CRM records and report weekly sales performance
We’re Looking For Someone Who...
- Has 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS or logistics tech sales
- Understands the logistics industry or last-mile delivery ecosystem in Africa
- Can sell to enterprise-level stakeholders and close 6–7 figure deals (₦ or $)
- Is great at outbound, email, LinkedIn, cold calls, whatever gets the deal
- Communicates with clarity, speed, and precision Thrives in early-stage environments where experimentation is part of the job
Bonus Points
- Has a network in the logistics, e-commerce, or FMCG industries Familiar with CRM tools and outbound automation (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
