The Head of Growth and Revenue will lead strategic initiatives that drive market expansion, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and overall revenue growth for NeoHomes Limited. This role requires a dynamic, data-driven leader with expertise in business development, marketing, sales, branding, and digital media — capable of integrating all growth functions into a high-performance ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution, and builds high-impact teams that drive scalable, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the company’s integrated growth strategy covering business development, marketing, branding, and media.
- Identify high-potential markets, segments, and products for expansion.
- Set short-term and long-term growth and revenue goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Business Development & Sales
- Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams.
- Oversee the development and execution of winning proposals, pitches, and deal closures.
- Manage key relationships with real estate brokers, agents, institutional clients, and investors.
- Expand and deepen partnerships to drive project visibility and off-take.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion
- Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership opportunities
Revenue Optimization
- Design and implement revenue generation models, pricing strategies, and monetization plans.
- ·Analyze sales and marketing funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
- Drive customer lifetime value through acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team performance
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Brand & Marketing Oversight
· Guide brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all digital and physical platforms.
- Oversee content development, campaigns, and marketing communications to boost customer acquisition and engagement.
- Supervise digital marketing campaigns, podcasts, TikTok content, LinkedIn visibility, and website optimization.
- Ensure alignment between product offerings and target market needs.
Education
● HND or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
Experience
● 6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
