Your Mission
As Head of Business Development, you will:
- Architect liquidity solutions: forecast cash flows, secure funding, and optimize deposit portfolios
- Cultivate and deepen relationships across banks, corporates, and SMEs, serving as the strategic face of our treasury function
- Set competitive pricing (WACB, DPL frameworks) and deploy excess funds into high-yield instruments
- Lead retail & SME credit growth: structure, monitor, and manage credit portfolios to maximize profitability and minimize risk
- Embed robust risk controls: monitor concentration, market, and liquidity risks with proactive mitigation strategies Drive product enhancements: partner with teams to refine our credit offerings and elevate customer experience
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-facing treasury, credit, or sales role within financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; professional certifications (ACI, CIBN, ACCA) are a plus
- Demonstrated success in fund mobilization, strategic pricing, and risk management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
