We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Head, Admin
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Shall conduct a need analysis and develop terms of reference of the Admin Department.
- Overseeing Day-to-Day Operations in the Admin department by providing strategic leadership for the organization.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures while putting systems in order to devise ways to streamline processes.
- Shall develop and update departmental policies where needed.
- Shall supervise the coordination of the entire Units in the Administrative department.
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
- Shall be responsible for training of Administrative Staff.
- Shall build and maintain healthy business relationships with stakeholders while ensuring that EZM and CCs is compliant with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Preparing and reviewing the department’s reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Public Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in administrative roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity overseeing administrative functions.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of facility and asset management practices.
- Excellent vendor and utility provider negotiation and management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and basic accounting for reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
