Job Summary:
A reputable hospitality establishment in Ikeja is seeking a highly experienced and organized General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of successfully managing hotel or restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business (restaurant/hotel/lodge).
- Supervise all departments including front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve service quality, and reduce costs.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff; enforce company policies and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operations effectively.
- Good communication skills; ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Must reside within or around Ikeja or be willing to relocate.
