- The General Manager (GM) provides strategic leadership and operational direction for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects.
- The GM is responsible for business growth, compliance with regulatory and local content requirements, and alignment of company objectives with performance excellence in safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 8 years in executive/senior management roles in the EPCI or oil & gas industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Sound knowledge of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act.
- Strong financial and business acumen with budget development and P&L (Profit and Loss) management experience, including the ability to analyse financial reports, develop cost-effective strategies, monitor key financial indicators, and drive sustainable profitability.
- Expertise in project lifecycle management, contracting, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental excellence. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to interface with engineering teams. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
