- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Geography lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Teach physical, human, and regional geography, including map work, fieldwork, and environmental studies.
- Develop lesson notes, schemes of work, and teaching materials.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations (WAEC, NECO, IGCSE where applicable).
- Assess, record, and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage awareness of global issues such as climate change, population, resources, and sustainable development.
- Organize and supervise field trips, projects, and other practical learning experiences.
- Incorporate ICT, maps, models, and other teaching aids to enhance learning.
- Maintain effective classroom discipline and create a stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities to support holistic education.
