- Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development through play-based and structured learning.
- Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, record, and track each child’s progress in line with EYFS standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing feedback on children’s development.
- Promote positive behavior, independence, and confidence among children.
- Support children with special educational needs and adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving through interactive learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school management to achieve holistic development.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety regulations.
