Responsibilities:
- Oversee Production Operations
- Develop and Implement Strategies on Production
- Manage, lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality control, and other relevant teams.
- Monitor Production Schedules by ensuring the timely completion of production goals.
- Ensure Quality Standards in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
- Manage Budgets and Resources.
- Control costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the management of raw materials and finished goods. Provide regular reports on production performance and issues.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study from a recognised university
