Job Description
- To develop and execute core business strategies in order to facilitate new business developments, whilst providing operational and personnel support to ensure the functionality and sustainability of the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development:
- Lead the sales, marketing and business expansion activities.
Operations Management:
- Lead, supervise and monitor cleaning and janitor cleaning operations
- Provide strategic operational direction.
Effective People Management:
- Supervise all direct and indirect reports and support performance management systems for all staff of Draiklinas.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain business relationships with all key client and prospect contacts
- Lead and ensure excellent customer relationships.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of work experience.
Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 Monthly.
