Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Desk/Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule meetings, maintain records, and assist with office tasks
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Handle office supply inventory and procurement
Requirements:
- Must reside in Ajah or surrounding areas (e.g., Sangotedo, Badore, Ado Road, Lekki Scheme II, Abraham Adesanya, etc.)
- Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
