- The General Manager for Prixair Group Buka (Restaurants) will oversee and manage all Buka outlets across the city.
- The GM will be responsible for achieving financial targets, standardizing operations, enforcing recipe and quality consistency, and driving strategic sales initiatives to ensure profitability and brand growth.
- This role requires a commercially driven leader with strong operational expertise in the food and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Business Management:
- Deliver and surpass revenue and profitability targets for all Buka branches.
- Monitor financial performance across outlets, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and execute cost-control strategies to maximize profit margins.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Operations & Standardization:
- Ensure smooth operations across all Buka branches, with focus on efficiency, service quality, and hygiene.
- Develop and enforce standard recipes and menus to maintain consistency across outlets.
- Oversee food quality, portion control, and presentation to align with the Prixair brand.
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance.
- Introduce innovative operational changes to improve customer experience and efficiency.
Sales & Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase patronage and market share.
- Introduce promotions, loyalty programs, and partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and support expansion of Buka branches.
- Conduct competitor analysis and adjust business strategies accordingly.
People Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers, chefs, and frontline staff.
- Establish a high-performance culture across outlets with accountability and teamwork.
- Design training programs to improve staff knowledge on recipes, service delivery, and food safety.
- Evaluate staff performance and implement career growth or corrective measures.
Customer & Brand Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and adjust offerings to meet demand.
- Build and maintain strong community and stakeholder relationships to grow brand visibility.
- Uphold the Prixair Buka brand as the go-to restaurant chain for quality, affordable meals in Abuja.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in restaurant or food service management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven record of managing multiple outlets or branches.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Expertise in menu development, recipe standardization, and food safety compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
