As the Operations executive you will be responsible for managing client transactions, maintaining accurate trading records, and ensuring seamless trade settlements.
Key Duties:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Trade Management:
- Support the VP, Trading, in executing and closing trades.
- Update and maintain the trading sheet with accurate and timely data.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to the trading team.Funds Transfer Operations:
- Process and oversee funds transfers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Reconcile transaction discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on trading and fund transfer activities.
- Maintain organized and accessible documentation for audit purposes.Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline trading workflows.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fintech or digital payments industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel
