JOB SCOPE
The Fund Mobilization officer (IMTT) proactively sources for fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations using both the company’s offline and online channel in attracting customers to invest in the fund placement products. The officer is responsible for deepening investor’s relationships, exploring funding opportunities, and educating the customers on the numerous opportunities to grow their wealth by investing in the company’s wealth creation products within the provisions of the regulatory guidelines and organizational policies. This role is highly competitive and adequately incentivized with commission and productivity bonus in addition to a base salary.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Market and Sell the company’s fund investment products to individuals: Promote and sell fund placement products to individual and corporate bodies
- Promote digital channels adoption: They interact with existing and potential customers on using the company’s Wealth Creation Investment App
- Customer Engagement: Build relationship with customers , understand the financial needs and guide them on using the Wealth Management App
- Product knowledge : Stay up to-date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value to the customers
- Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of the fund placements products, and guide them on how to utilize the company’s products and service their wealth maximization
Performance Metrics
- Sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products.
- Customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and grow the customer base.
- Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery.
- Digital channel adoption: Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management app.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- OND/ HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Min of 1 year of experience in funds mobilization, treasury operations, or related financial roles
- Individual with exceptional sales skill can be considered without any prior sales experiences
- Customer centric –strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationship with customers
- Strong communication skills : ability to effectively communicate financial products to the customers
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented
