Fulfilment Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee end-to-end customer order processing, fulfilment logistics, and last-mile delivery coordination. The ideal candidate must reside near or within commuting distance of Orchid Road, Lagos, to ensure proximity to the fulfilment center.

Roles and Responsibility

As a Fulfilment Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Order Processing: Receiving, verifying, and preparing customer orders for delivery.
• Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels, restocking when necessary, and coordinating with suppliers.
• Packaging & Shipping: Ensuring that products are properly packaged and dispatched on time.
• Logistics Coordination: Work with delivery carriers, tracking deliveries, and handling any issues related to deliveries.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries about orders, returns, and deliveries.
• Quality Control: Checking products for defects or errors before delivery.
Sales & Marketing: Oversee order fulfillment while actively driving sales and marketing efforts to boost revenue, ensuring seamless delivery operations and earning up to 3% commission on successful sales.

Required Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in order management systems, spreadsheets, and fulfilment tracking tools.
Must reside within Orchid Road, Lekki, Lagos or nearby areas.
