Front Desk Officer
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
- Welcome and attend to all visitors, clients, and contractors in a professional manner.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes when necessary.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and organize office documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Order and manage office supplies.
Office Coordination & Staff Oversight
- Supervise and coordinate the duties of cleaners to ensure a clean and presentable work environment.
- Monitor and liaise with security personnel to ensure site safety protocols are followed.
- Report maintenance needs and ensure office equipment is in good working order.
Operational Support
- Support site management with administrative tasks and basic reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the office environment.
- Act as the link between the site office and the head office for administrative matters.

Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative or front desk experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
