Job Position: Front Desk / Office Assistant

Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Prepare, file, and organize documents and reports
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Manage Office Correspondences and database.
- Schedule appointments, book flights and handle reservations for training, induction etc.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to handle telephone and email enquiries.
- Social Media Skills (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.)
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification of OND in administration or other relevant discipline and previous experience in a similar position.
