Job Description:
The Financial Manager at Seinde Signature will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial health. This role involves strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure optimal financial performance and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Financial Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to drive profitability, manage budgets, and provide insights to support business growth while maintaining the sophistication and excellence synonymous with the Seinde Signature brand.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy, Analysis and Planning
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine short-term and long-term financial strategies to align with the company's business objectives, vision and market trends.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights that influence strategic decision-making, business growth initiatives, expansion plans, and operational efficiencies.
- Evaluate financial performance against strategic goals, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and business growth strategies
Accounting and Reporting
- Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring the accurate recording of transactions and maintenance of the general ledger.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including performance analyses and variance explanations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory reports and tax returns, maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations.
· Manage the company’s cash flow, working capital, and financial risk by monitoring and optimizing liquidity.
Budget and Cost Management
- Develop comprehensive annual budgets in coordination with department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular reviews of budget performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures to maintain financial discipline.
- Provide detailed forecasts and scenario analyses to support planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor expenditures to identify areas for cost reduction without compromising operational efficiency or quality.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Identify potential financial risks, such as liquidity constraints, market fluctuations, or regulatory changes, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements to maintain organizational integrity and trust.
