Role Overview
As a Marketing Intern at RealisedGains, a Singapore-based financial education platform (www.realisedgains.com), you’ll drive digital marketing efforts to promote financial education content and courses across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. Ideal candidates are creative, tech-savvy students or recent graduates with a strong interest in digital marketing, coding, and data analytics. The role is fully remote and open to applicants from Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Marketing:
- Create 1–2 weekly posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram, aligning with RealisedGains’ brand guidelines, using Capcut or Adobe Photoshop for visuals (thumbnails, graphics).
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote financial education courses via ClickFunnels, including landing page content and promotional emails.
- Engage with audiences on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube) by responding to comments and fostering community interaction.
- Support team goals: 2,000 YouTube subscribers, 3,500 Telegram followers, 1,500 Instagram followers, 15,000 TikTok followers in 6 months.
- Assist with SEO and email marketing efforts to boost course enrollments and brand visibility.
Data Analytics and Coding:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance (e.g., click-through rates, engagement rates) using Python or R to generate insights for strategy optimization.
- Create data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards) using Tableau or Power BI to present campaign metrics to the team.
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks (e.g., post scheduling, analytics reporting) through Python scripts or basic AI prompts for website updates.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and track financial education trends using Google Analytics or social media insights.
Qualifications
- Reliable internet access from Nigeria.
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in marketing, business, data science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) for creating marketing dashboards.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp) and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of financial markets (stocks, crypto, forex) and a strong interest in marketing.
- Strong English communication skills for content creation and team interaction via Discord and Lark.
- Must provide own computer and Zoom setup; access to Capcut, Tableau, and marketing tools provided.
