About the Organization:
Our client is a nonprofit organization guided by strong values, located along the Lekki Axis. They are seeking a qualified Finance Executive to support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
Role Summary:
The Finance Executive will assist the Senior Finance Manager in managing the organization’s financial operations. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and overseeing daily accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Duties:
- Prepare financial statements in line with standard reporting guidelines.
- Assist with budget development, forecasting, and managing cash flows.
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory payments (e.g., PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF).
- Monitor compliance with internal financial controls and policies.
- Contribute to external audit coordination and financial reporting.
- Help identify financial risks and efficiency opportunities.
Operational Duties:
- Manage daily banking activities and office expenditure requisitions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable promptly.
- Perform month-end financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and enforce internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations.
Performance Indicators:
- 100% accuracy in financial reports and statutory compliance.
- Timely budget and forecast preparation.
- Over 95% on-time accounts payable processing.
- 100% on-time statutory remittances.
- Full audit compliance and variance management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Certifications: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a finance or accounting role, ideally in a nonprofit or structured organization.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
