The Field Operations Executive/Director oversees all operational activities at the pipeline coating subsidiary, ensuring technical excellence, strict HSE/QAQC compliance, efficient resource deployment, and strong client engagement. The role drives production performance, team leadership, and seamless execution of EPC and pipeline coating projects.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Leads pipeline coating operations, managing schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and client relations.
- Oversees daily execution, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance while delivering projects to specification, on time, and within budget. Serves as the primary operational representative to clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 10+ years’ experience in industrial coatings, EPC or pipeline services
- Strong operational leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven client-facing project management capability
- Deep knowledge of HSE QA/QC and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.
