A Field Executive is responsible for executing sales, distribution, and marketing strategies in a specific geographical area or territory. This role is often the frontline position that bridges the gap between the company and retailers/distributors/customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned outlets daily to sell and promote products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers/customers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and good shelf display.
- Take customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Open new sales outlets and grow market coverage.
- Track and report sales activities, competitor moves, and market trends. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum of OND/NCE (HND/B.Sc. is an advantage).
- 1–3 years’ sales or field experience in FMCG preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be target-driven and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone/app for reporting.
- Must reside in or be familiar with the sales territory
