Job Summary
We are seeking hardworking and trainable Ordinary Farm Workers to support operations in our farm and forestry department. Successful candidates will undergo training and assist with farm maintenance, planting, irrigation, and charcoal production using provided equipment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Participate in farm clearing, planting, irrigation, and general maintenance tasks.
- Support charcoal production after receiving the necessary training.
- Operate agricultural and forestry equipment safely after training. Work under the forestry department or on farm fields as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to undergo training before full employment.
- Must be physically fit and ready for manual outdoor work.
- Graduates (degree holders) are not eligible to apply for this role.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow safety procedures.
- Commitment to work in a farm or forestry environment on a full-time basis.
