Job Description/Requirements
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Paper Industry , for the position of Factory Manager , based in Akosombo, Ghana , for a 2+ year contract .
Key Responsibilities:
As Factory Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily factory activities. Working in close collaboration with the Operations Factory Manager and the Operational Director, you will:
- Oversee and monitor the execution of operational tasks, intervening when necessary
- Ensure the continuity and efficiency of production workflows
- Guarantee clear communication of instructions to staff and compliance with production schedules
- Support the achievement of the daily production target Foster a positive, motivating work environment to enhance team performance
Profil:
- Educational Background: University degree, preferably in a technical field
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- At least 5 years of experience in a factory setting , ideally within the paper industry Strong leadership, operational coordination, and team management skills are essential
