Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential/commercial property in Sangotedo. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site visits three times a week to ensure smooth facility operations and address tenant needs.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenants’ inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Oversee maintenance issues and coordinate necessary repairs
- Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Collect rent and maintain accurate payment records
- Conduct site visits three times a week, including a full inspection at least once weekly Maintain logs of maintenance issues, tenant communication, and property updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in facility or property management is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Resides in or close to Sangotedo (preferred)
