FACILITY MANAGER/SUPERVISOR
Position Summary
Homgrove is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Manager/Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are in excellent condition, managing repairs and maintenance, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Your job role as a Facility Manager/Supervisor will be primary to:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues.
- Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are cleaned and prepared for new guests.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to facility issues swiftly and effectively.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external service providers.
- Monitor technicians performance and ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on power/fuel status and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Basic knowledge in using property management software and other relevant IT tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
