Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective facility management
- Maintain accurate records and reports on facility maintenance and inspections
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Facility Management, Engineering, Construction Management)
- Proven experience in facility management and inspection
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
