Looking for a proactive and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee our football camp in Ijebu-Ode. This role requires strong administrative and operational skills, with experience in facility oversight, team coordination, and logistics. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of training grounds, hostels, and camp facilities
- Oversee maintenance, sanitation, and general facility upkeep
- Supervise on-site staff.
- Handle inventory tracking, petty cash, and procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facility rules
- Liaise with the programs team to align facility readiness with training, wellness, and media activities Coordinate logistics for matches, guests, supplies, and medical visits
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Business Admin, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and team coordination skills
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and administrative documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ijebu-Ode
