Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kosofe for an Executive Sales Representative. The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer support. The role involves regular reporting on sales activities and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
