Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to serve as the Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is strategic, discreet, and capable of driving operational efficiency at the highest level of leadership. The EA will serve as a critical right-hand support to the CEO, facilitating seamless day-to-day operations, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and manage the CEO’s calendar and travel logistics for optimal productivity, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and key deadlines.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare briefing materials, key talking points, and presentation slides to support CEO engagements, board meetings, and external communications.
- Draft, format, and proofread high-level reports, presentations, and executive correspondence, ensuring they are professional and aligned with brand standards.
- Track CEO-led strategic initiatives, regulatory submissions, and high-priority tasks, providing timely reminders and updates to ensure accountability and momentum.
- Compile daily or weekly updates summarizing project statuses, team deliverables, and matters requiring CEO attention.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., SIP, G&E, CIRCA, BOPS, and Corporate Services) to drive the execution of CEO directives and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitate board and investor engagement by coordinating the collation and submission of meeting materials, reports, and other documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive information and supporting executive-level decision-making.
- Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or executive support role within the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Trello).
- A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and think strategically.

- Minimum requirement of a Bsc. Degree

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
