Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Creative Director will be the right hand to our Creative Director, managing their administrative tasks, coordinating creative projects, and acting as a key liaison both internally and externally. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the creative vision, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the successful execution of our the brand initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transportation), and prepare reports.
- Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications between the team, customers and the Creative Director.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of creative projects, including new collection launches, campaigns, and events. This involves tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and following up on action items.
- Research & Preparation: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and industry insights as requested. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials, ensuring all necessary documentation is organised and readily available.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business matters.
- Office & Atelier Support: Ensure the Creative Director's workspace and studio environment are organised and conducive to productivity. Order supplies and manage basic administrative needs.
- Event Support: Assist with the coordination and execution of fashion shows, photoshoots, and other brand events.
- Flexibility: Be prepared to take on diverse tasks and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic creative environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level administrative support role, preferably within the fashion, creative, or luxury goods industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to draft professional correspondence.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital communication tools.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of the fashion industry is a significant advantage.
- Educational background in business administration, fashion management, or a related field is preferred. Living in close proximity to Lekki is a distinct advantage.
Location: Lekki, Lagos (Proximity preferred)
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 500,000 (depending on experience)
