The Head of Merchants Onboarding will drive the end-to-end process of identifying, acquiring, and onboarding merchants onto the NuMoni platform. The role involves building strong partnerships with merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding, and creating strategies that help merchants maximize value from NuMoni’s deals and marketing offerings.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the merchant onboarding team, ensuring seamless acquisition and integration of new merchants.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and recruit high-value merchants in retail, hospitality, services, restaurants, and other sectors.
- Work closely with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, from initial engagement to activation on the NuMoni platform.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure merchant needs are met and aligned with company goals.
- Educate merchants on how NuMoni helps them gain, retain, and recover customers through rewards and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate onboarding KPIs, ensuring timely reporting to leadership.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants to foster trust and sustained engagement. Continuously improve onboarding processes for greater efficiency and merchant satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in merchant acquisition, partnerships, sales, or business development (experience in rewards, loyalty, retail, FMCG, or marketing industries is an advantage).
- Demonstrated success in building and managing merchant/partner networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
