Location: Lagos, Nigeria — Ikeja-based studio (In-person + field mobility required)

We're looking for a Growth Associate to work directly with our Founder — supporting her in scaling visibility, managing leads, and driving execution. This role blends strategy, marketing, client experience, and operational coordination , with a front-row seat to building one of Nigeria’s most thoughtful African design brands.
Manukwa Atelier is a Lagos-based interior design brand blending contemporary design with African soul. We create spaces that tell stories.
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the Founder’s strategic right hand — helping her catch what falls through the cracks, follow through fast, and stay focused on the vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with sales follow-up and lead generation (calls, emails, proposals)
- Help manage client relationships from first contact to post-project closeout
- Draft and coordinate presentations, pitch decks, and brand proposals
- Schedule and support social media and newsletter content (DMs, emails, captions)
- Attend select client meetings, walk-throughs, or site visits
- Track revenue opportunities and CRM systems
- Serve as a buffer between the Founder and internal teams
You’re a Great Fit If You Are:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Fast-moving and proactive — you don’t wait to be told twice
- A clear communicator (verbal + written)
- People-smart, confident, and warm in client-facing spaces
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Instagram
- Mission-aligned — you want to grow with a purpose-driven African brand
- Live in or near Ikeja (for ease of commuting and responsiveness)
- Flexible, mobile, and able to pivot quickly
