Job Description
- The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the MD—managing schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise between the MD, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Track follow-up actions from meetings and ensure timely execution.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, proposals, and business plans.
- Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
