- Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured lessons in Biology and Chemistry in line with the school curriculum.
- Teach theoretical concepts and supervise practical laboratory sessions.
- Develop lesson notes, teaching aids, and schemes of work to meet curriculum standards.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations (WAEC, NECO, IGCSE where applicable).
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate students’ performance, providing regular feedback.
- Ensure laboratory safety and proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific curiosity among students.
- Organize and supervise science-related extracurricular activities, projects, and competitions.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to promote academic excellence.
