We're Hiring:
Executive Assistant to the Founder
? Lagos (Hybrid) | ? NGN 150K–200K/month
CareNestPro is Africa’s leading care services brand — connecting families and institutions with trusted professionals in childcare, elder care, tutoring, and housekeeping .
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the Founder and coordinate business, HR, and operational activities.
You’ll Handle:
✔️ Calendar & meeting support for the Founder
✔️ Business development follow-up & partner outreach
✔️ Internal team coordination & project tracking
✔️ Recruitment support & onboarding of new hires
✔️ HR record-keeping & culture-building tasks
You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (Business/Admin/HR-related field)
- 2–4 years of experience in executive support or business ops
- Great communication & follow-up skills
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, WhatsApp Biz Integrity, initiative, and a love for getting things done
