About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to handle diverse responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and performing general administrative assistance. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will maintain effective communication channels and ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Executive Director in meetings and events as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Draft proposals, company memos, and other business communications.
- Prepare and provide necessary information to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct educational application processes for clients.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide innovative contributions and problem-solving ideas to improve operations. Support the Executive Director in any capacity necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing Executive Support
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a consultancy or academic setting is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum Requirements
- A laptop and an internet-enabled phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive, creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in drafting proposals and corporate documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally. Knowledge of client service management.
Work Type: Remote with occasional in-person requirements.
