We’re looking for a Remote Evaluation Specialist to join our growing team and play a critical role in improving the way we assess internal workflows, product integrity, and user behavior across our platform. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing evaluation frameworks that enhance how we measure outcomes and optimize user experiences — all while working cross-functionally with product, risk, compliance, and support teams.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of Coinbase’s risk, compliance, or support processes.
- Analyze user data, behavioral trends, and platform feedback to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Data Science, Risk, Trust & Safety) to ensure evaluations align with strategic goals.
- Recommend improvements based on findings and support rollout of process updates.
- Prepare and present evaluation reports for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to Coinbase’s broader mission of trust, transparency, and user protection.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years in an evaluation, program analysis, or impact measurement role (preferably in tech, fintech, or compliance).
- Experience designing evaluation metrics, surveys, or feedback loops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can translate data into stories.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. A passion for crypto, blockchain, or economic empowerment is a big plus.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in a regulatory, compliance, or risk assessment environment. Familiarity with Coinbase’s platform and crypto industry challenges.
