Role Summary
We are hiring a remote-based B2B Lead Generation Specialist from Nigeria who can identify qualified prospects and initiate contact with potential clients. Your goal will be to spark interest and book discovery meetings with our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and results-focused.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and compile lists of potential business leads in global regions like the USA and EU
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or other channels
- Understand the pain points and needs of potential clients and briefly introduce our solutions
- Qualify prospects and coordinate calls for the internal sales team
- Maintain a clear record of lead activities and conversations in a CRM or tracking system
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
What You Bring
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in the software, SaaS, or IT services space)
- Knowledge of outbound strategies such as cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setup
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is a plus
