Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Sales Representative to boost online sales, engage customers, and optimize conversion rates across our digital platforms (website, marketplaces and social media). You’ll combine persuasive selling techniques with data-driven strategies to meet sales targets and enhance the buyer journey.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive online sales through proactive engagement (email, chat, social media) and inbound inquiries.
- Upsell/cross-sell products to maximize average order value (AOV).
- Manage sales pipelines and meet/exceed monthly quotas.
- Onboard Merchants and follow up with product listing. Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns in coordination with logistics.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in e-commerce sales or customer service.
- Proficiency CRM tools, and marketplace platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal skills; ability to persuade and build rapport.
Comfortable interpreting sales metrics
