JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fashion-forward team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across key platforms, driving online sales, and enhancing the customer journey from ad click to checkout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Google.
• Strategically plan and manage campaigns focused on brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
• Implement A/B testing to refine creatives, targeting, and messaging for better performance.
• Monitor and analyse key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and compelling visual storytelling.
• Continuously optimise the online customer journey, from ad engagement to checkout.
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and fashion consumer behaviours.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing paid digital campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong ability in campaign strategy, budget management, and conversion optimisation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
A genuine interest or background in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle will be a strong advantage.
