1. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve top search engine rankings.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Analyze website traffic, keyword performance, and campaign results; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
- Lead content planning, personally create and manage content production and distribution across blogs, social media, and other channels.
- Personally design and create all marketing materials including content and visual assets.
- Manage project progress, coordinate schedules, and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO techniques, algorithm changes, and digital marketing trends.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing focusing on SEO and content strategy.
- Proven success in improving organic search rankings and increasing website traffic.
- Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Experience managing paid digital campaigns and analyzing ROI.
- Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and design (proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Good project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CMS platforms is a plus.
- Ability to independently plan and execute tasks, and communicate effectively within a team environment.
