We are looking for a talented Digital Marketer to manage our social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram). Beyond aesthetics, we are looking for someone passionate about performance marketing. A strong grip of SEO, analytics and conversion tactics in E-commerce is highly desirable. You will be responsible for supervising the Content Creator and working with them to create original graphics and video content, managing posts, and building our online community. You will manage our company's digital image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Digital Marketer, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and have a strong grip of marketing data analytics, SEO, Email, and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goal
- Run and monitor Ad campaigns across social media & Google
- Create and implement a simple but effective strategy for building our email list
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Supervise and collaborate on generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging content
- Collaborate with other teams, like operations and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a digital marketer or social media manager
- Hands-on experience in content management/creation
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Good design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite)
- Good project management skills
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of digital advertising
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills HND/Bachelors degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or relevant field a bonus
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5 pm/Flexible
Location: The Ideal candidate must reside within or be easily accessible to Victoria Island, Lagos where our office is located.
