Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager, HiiT Online Training
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Job Purpose: -
The purpose of our MSM position is to develop Marketing and Sales Strategies and lead its
execution to achieve the company’s Online Training Services to achieve Management’s goals
and objectives.
A. Key Accountabilities
1. Achieve Management’s Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our
Business Plan.
2. Create Social Media Marketing strategies- campaigns (including budget planning, content
ideation, and implementation schedules to achieve S/N 1).
3. Ensure Brand consistency in our Social Media Marketing positioning by working with
relevant internal and external teams/stakeholders.
4. Grow and expand company social media presence on social media platforms, and grow
our presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram. LinkedIn, Twitter,
TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram.
5. Ensure the circulation of engaging written or graphic contents in the form of e-
newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
6. Research and monitor activities of our competitors and submit monthly report to
Management.
B. Skills and Competencies
1. Personal Qualities- Passionate and Self-Motivated Personality with exemplar business
mindset and attention to details.
2. ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter,
Instagram & Facebook accounts).
3. Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
4. Performance Evidence- Clear evidence of achievements in Social Media Marketing in past
in last 3 years.
5. Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills.
C. Qualifications and Experience
1. Education- Minimum of first degree (2/2 minimum) in in any field. MBA with
specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
2. Experience- 3 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as
Team Lead or Manager.
3. Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
Compensation: Attractive with Performance Bonus as applicable.
