CULTUR FM is a global platform at the intersection of music, nightlife, and African diaspora culture. With over 1.5 million followers, high-energy events in London and abroad, and partnerships with the likes of the Mayor of London and Visa, we’re defining what the future of Black and global culture looks like.
We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Contractor to accelerate our growth across digital channels, drive audience engagement, and optimize conversions for our events, content, and brand initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Social + Content Marketing
- Plan and execute content distribution strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email
- Coordinate with our video team to repurpose DJ clips, behind-the-scenes footage, and branded content
- Create performance-driven captions, hashtags, and CTAs tailored to each platform
- Paid Ads & Funnel Optimization
- Build and manage ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Set up and optimize lead generation and ticket sale funnels (from ad > landing > email > conversion)
- Report on performance, A/B test creative and targeting strategies
- Email & CRM Marketing
- Build and segment email/SMS lists for events, merch, and community building
- Design campaigns to boost ticket sales, announce mixes, and engage superfans
- Analytics & Strategy
- Set up dashboards to track KPIs (engagement, conversions, CAC, retention)
- Deliver insights that inform content, ad, and event strategies
- Own UTM tracking, GA4 event tracking, and pixel/data hygiene
What You Bring
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in music, events, or youth culture
- Strong understanding of content distribution and growth hacking in a social-first brand
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics
- Experience writing copy and optimizing for performance
- A data-minded, self-sufficient approach — you thrive with KPIs
- Cultural fluency in Black British, African, or global diaspora culture is a plus
