Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content, including videos, reels, motion graphics, and info graphics tailored to our brand voice and target audience.
- Design and maintain a content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize campaigns for SEO, user engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), influencer partnerships, and email marketing initiatives.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush, providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams for cross-functional projects (e.g., product launches, community campaigns). Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency, brand, or SME experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content editing tools.
- Strong grasp of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Creative flair with strong visual storytelling skills (videos, reels, infographics).
- Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital performance metrics.
- Degree or professional certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A portfolio or sample of past campaigns/content is required.
