Role Review
We’re looking for a Digital Content & Community Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of content across digital platforms while building and nurturing online communities for our clients and in-house brands.
This role requires a content-savvy, data-informed, culturally aware individual who understands how to build loyal, engaged audiences and can bring strong energy, creativity, and organization to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media, blogs, email, and website platforms.
- Own and manage monthly editorial/content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with communities across all platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and implement community growth strategies to increase engagement, followers, and platform visibility.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver unified campaigns.
- Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, etc.) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor trends, pop culture, and conversations to keep brand content fresh, relevant, and resonant.
- Manage influencer collaborations, track their deliverables, and measure impact.
- Drive UGC (user-generated content) initiatives and campaign-led conversations.
- Attend events (physical or virtual) to represent the brand and generate live content when required.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints align with client brand tone, voice, and guidelines. Build community feedback loops and relay insights to the creative and strategy teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in content creation, community management, or social media marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Meta Suite, TikTok Creator Tools, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to write for different tones and audiences (Gen Z, corporate, lifestyle, entertainment).
- Passion for trends, memes, internet culture, and how to harness them in campaigns.
- Experience managing influencer outreach, briefing, and performance tracking.
- Data-driven mindset—ability to read analytics, extract insights, and optimize content accordingly.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and scheduling is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously with strong time management.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of paid media (boosting, ads targeting).
- Basic graphic design/video editing (Reels, Stories, Canva, CapCut). Experience working with performance-focused teams or creative strategy teams.
