Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate information to students about international universities, application procedures, program options, tuition fees, and visa requirements.
- Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Assist students with preparing and submitting university applications, gathering required documentation, and meeting admission deadlines.
- Offering guidance and addressing queries related to study destinations and applications. Ensuring a smooth and supportive experience throughout the application process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Team collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools
